Welcome to KD6FW

Madera County California

Located in the center of California in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley.

Thank you for visiting my webpage. I have been licensed since 1976 and still enjoy my amateur radio hobby.

My HF Station, Yaesu FT 990, Kenwood TL-922A linear amplifier, TH7DX Yagi antenna up about 60 ft.  Its and old setup but still works a lot of DX.

QSL direct or via LoTW.  LoTW is the best way to QSL. The oldest QSO confirmed by LoTW for me is JA1FJJ for a QSO on 12/4/1979, SSB, 10 meters with my old call KA6CSZ.
